For a project with a strict 24-hour turnaround, ReCo Energy Solutions was tasked with evacuating a 9-mile segment of 24-inch natural gas pipeline in a remote service area.

The client required pressure to be lowered below 1 PSIG in just one day to support scheduled infrastructure work. ReCo mobilized a tailored compression solution that safely dropped the system pressure from 452 PSIG to below 1 PSIG in less than 24 hours.

Over 5 MMSCF of natural gas was recovered and preserved. The elimination of flaring and emissions contributed directly to the client’s ESG goals, while the fast-paced execution prevented any project delays.
