ReCo was selected to manage the safe evacuation of a 14-mile stretch of 30-inch pipeline as part of a planned infrastructure upgrade. The primary objectives included full gas recovery, near-zero emissions, and operational efficiency within a three-day project window.
Initial pressure in the pipeline was 470 PSIG. ReCo used its advanced mobile compression fleet to methodically reduce the pressure to 2 PSIG, completing the task in under three days.
A total of 12 MMSCF was safely transferred with no product loss or atmospheric release. The project aligned with the client’s environmental policies and provided a model example of emission-free evacuation at scale.
